During the meeting, the screen of any client can be output synchronously to the large screen or other clients, when switching speakers, there is no need to move around and adjust positions like traditional meetings, saving meeting time and promoting language communication and thinking collision between participants.
At the same time, the paperless conference system has a real/anonymous voting function, which is convenient for the host to initiate voting in the meeting, and when faced with major decisions, the use of the system to vote can also reduce the pressure on participants. In order to meet the special needs of such important units, the paperless conference system also supports confidential meetings, and meeting materials can be deleted with one click after the meeting, effectively reducing the risk of leakage.
